THE PROPOSALS

The proposed development comprises up to 280 dwellings and associated works including infrastructure, open space, landscaping and a pumping station together with the construction of a new vehicular and pedestrian access.

 

The proposed development includes a policy compliant level of affordable housing provision, designated areas of public open space and the retention of existing vegetated area.

 

A vehicular access can be delivered by providing a priority junction onto Kingshill Lane to serve the proposed development, with pedestrian and cycle access also provided as part of the scheme.

 

The Illustrative Masterplan shows how the site could be laid out to accommodate the proposed residential development.
