An application is being prepared for outline planning permission (with all matters reserved) for a residential development of up to 280 dwellings on Land West of Kingshill Lane, near Cirencester.

Before the application is submitted to Cotswold District Council, we are seeking the views of the local community on the draft proposals.

This public consultation has been arranged to present the draft proposals to the local community to receive comments and views on the proposed development.
